What we're looking for
You have a portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful design, elevated aesthetics, and an understanding of how creative drives brand engagement. Whether you've spent your career in-house or at a creative agency, you're comfortable balancing brand consistency with fresh, innovative thinking.
Ideal Background
- 2–6+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Fashion, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, lifestyle, wellness, luxury, retail, or DTC brand experience
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
- Experience designing for both digital and print production
- A polished online portfolio showcasing consumer-facing brand work
Portfolio Expectations:
- Strong typography, composition, and layout design
- Elevated brand aesthetics
- Digital campaign creative, including paid social, display, email, and ecommerce assets
- Attention to detail and production-ready files for packaging, retail, or print collateral (where applicable)
- Ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple channels
- Work that demonstrates an understanding of today's consumer, current design trends, and premium brand standards
